![]() Population is incredibly important for anything you directly produce in your sanctuary (ships, weapons, shields, missiles any sector with a pop of 100+ is a good candidate) and perks are non-refundable, so you can easily mess up a useful production sector and only realise your mistake later. Pay attention to the above linked tutorials, especially when it comes to which perks to choose for which sectors. You'll have to experiment a bit, but a good amount for acquiring goods is usually around 2-6 in my experience.Īs you can see, you'll want to specialize your sanctuaries later on, but in the beginning your first few sectors will serve as sort of jack-of-all-trades. This ensures that all your DAs will actually get some goods, depending on the amount of DAs you have assigned to the task, of course. Now, this means that your factory will take longer to set up, since it'll have to produce a somewhat hefty amount of goods before you actually get to use them, but it's more useful in the long-term. If the factories supply of needed goods falls below the threshold it'll tell your DAs that this is a valid target for your distribution tasks. I'm not entirely sure what the import/export percentages on the factories mean, but I'm reasonably sure that, if you set the export to, say, 50%, your DAs will only start acquiring goods from them once they have 50% of the maximum amount of stock available. ( EDIT: added a screenshot of my shipyards logistics page below) You'll also need food and energy for the factories - obviously - but that's basically the same process, only with sanctuaries that serve as your food and energy hubs. Lastly I set the sanctuary to export all their ship components to my shipyard (unless that sanctuary is my shipyard already). I set up a task in that sanctuary to acquire silicon wafers from my mining hub up to a certain amount (say 10k) then set up another task to distribute silicon wafers to the factories in its sector, with a threshold set to only do so once the stocks reach 5k (so your DAs actually have full cargo holds). Say I have a sector with component factories that require silicon wafers. Now you can also set up trade tasks for selling, once your stocks near the maximum you can store, which can help you generate some extra income.Īfter that I set up tasks in sanctuaries that require these resources for the factories in their sector. I also set up tasks to buy more ore and silicon from NPCs if my stocks of either fall below a certain threshold, since I want to always have some stock available, so production doesn't grind to a halt. ![]() So I set up tasks in my hub to collect both ore and silicon from all the different sectors in which I have mines to the maximum stock amount. I want all the ore and/or silicon wafers to be collected there, then have other sanctuaries acquire them from my hub as needed. Say I have a sector set up as a mining hub. In your Logistics tab in your sanctuary you can create jobs that tell your DAs to gather and supply materials to and from your factories/sanctuaries in different sectors or trade them with the wider universe, as well as set their priority, the amount of DAs you want on the job and how much they should acquire at any given time. I also play with easy economy.Įverything is done with DAs on your sanctuary. I'm open to feedback from more experienced players though. I'm by no means an expert, but I have delved into Mayhem and LU myself for the first time recently and can probably give you some basic pointers. There are also help categories at the bottom of the encyclopedia (default key should be 'h') that explain a lot of the features. ![]() With watching that and a little trial and error you should be able to figure things out. I've seen references to IDN, but then other references its Obsolete.Ĭheck out Darth Fiscus on YT. I've tried looking for a youtube or other walkthrough to no avail. What I want is for DA/SA to manage getting my ECells from SPP to Sanctuary and auto restocking my Cahoonas complex when it needs it. Right now I just have a bunch couriers running around in loops moving my goods around. How do I make him sell it? Or do I need DA to manage selling? But instead he just flies it to my Sanctuary. I have an ore mine setup and I want the SA to sell the ore. ![]() Does that mean my SA goes out to buy ECells when they have less than 10%? Does it mean he goes out to buy ECells until the stations has 90% inventory?Īlso the export. Essentially what is the logic behind the 10% import threshold, etc. After much reading, decided to go Mayhem for the random wars.Īs I never made it to the PHQ in LU, I'm really at a loss to what the settings in the stations and docks do. I understand there's the end game enemies, etc. I kind of lost interest in LU a little past the mid-game. Got into Litcubes about a month ago and loved the overhaul. ![]()
